Job Description

The Utah Division of Public Utilities is a Utah State governmental agency that promotes the public interest in utility regulation and works to ensure that all utility customers have access to safe, reliable service at reasonable prices. As part of this endeavor, the Division has the responsibility to monitor the WEXPRO Agreement, which provides cost-of-service gas to Dominion Energy Utah firm sales customers.

The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to retain a Hydrocarbon Monitor to assist the Utah Division in its responsibility to monitor the hydrocarbon obligations of the Agreement. The Contract resulting from this RFP will be for a period of five (5) years.
