The system makes use of both SMS and email technology along with real-time updates through mobile GPS to locate and estimate delivery derivers location, speed and arrival time. With the United Kingdom experiencing a major shortage of wood pellets, and a large number of households using biomass to heat and power their home this comes as a welcome improvement.
