The City of Long Beach, CA has updated their web customer self service portal with Meridian Integration’s MCUES® customer self service platform. The application went live on July 17, 2016 and has eclipsed 10,000 customer registrations in the first two weeks. This marks Meridian Integration’s leading production installation of MCUES software, which Long Beach uses to offer a variety of online utility services to customers including electronic billing, payment, and service order offerings.
