Custom alerts can be configured for issues like outages missing an ETR estimate or a critical-customer outage.

The underlying data warehouse provides both real-time reporting and simultaneous trend analysis capable of covering overlapping storm paths. Utility360 periodically synchronizes outage correction data and issues notifications if any details become out-of-sync.

It integrates seamlessly with leading Outage Management Systems (OMS) and works with a variety of front-end visualization tools, including Oracle Analytics Cloud and Microsoft PowerBI.
