EquipmentShare, one of the fastest-growing equipment rental companies in the nation because it integrates its cloud-connected platform, T3, into the rental experience, is proud to announce its expanding partnership as an equipment dealer with Takeuchi-US in the Las Vegas, Nev., and San Diego, Calif.,  metropolitan areas. This news brings EquipmentShare’s Takeuchi dealerships to a total of four, joining Salt Lake City, Utah and Columbia, Mo.

EquipmentShare’s location at 412 E. Gowan Road in North Las Vegas will now carry Takeuchi’s full line of compact excavators, wheel loaders and track loaders for sale and rental. The EquipmentShare San Diego area location at 2590 Main Street in Chula Vista will focus primarily on compact excavators and track loaders. Both locations will also offer replacement parts and serve as authorized Takeuchi equipment repair centers for customers throughout Clark County, Nev., and Imperial County, Calif.

“EquipmentShare is an outstanding company, and we’re very pleased that they are now representing the Takeuchi line at four locations,” Takeuchi-US Director of Sales Henry Lawson said. “By working with EquipmentShare, we’re now able to introduce Takeuchi equipment to an even broader customer base in the Southwestern U.S. We look forward to great success with EquipmentShare in the months and years ahead.”

EquipmentShare has added compact and utility equipment sales professionals at both the Las Vegas and San Diego locations; every sales professional is equipped with a truck and trailer to transport machines as needed. The locations’ rental sales representatives will be trained specifically on Takeuchi equipment, and all sales professionals will attend an annual sales training at Takeuchi’s state-of-the-art training facility in Pendergrass, Ga. EquipmentShare will provide factory-trained service technicians to ensure quality service and repairs are available to the Takeuchi customer base.

EquipmentShare also offers its T3 technology to retail customers to give them total visibility into their machine’s health, GPS location, run time and more from their mobile device or computer.  Customers can choose to install T3 technology on their new and used Takeuchi machines. T3 tracks machine utilization rates, engine health and upcoming maintenance — regardless of OEM, make or model — to keep machines in optimal condition and reduce downtime for cost savings.

“Since the start of our partnership with Takeuchi, we have been consistently impressed with their customer focus and dealer support,” EquipmentShare CEO and Co-founder Jabbok Schlacks says. “We are excited to offer our Las Vegas and San Diego customers next-generation equipment, outstanding service and the ability to manage their fleet with our T3 technology.”

Takeuchi has been a pioneer in the compact equipment industry since 1971 when the brand developed the world’s first compact excavator. Since then, Takeuchi has provided innovative products to meet the needs of the modern contractor, and their dealership and service network spans across North America.
