BHC Canada and GrandBridge Energy, together with POWERCONNECT.AI, today announced the launch of an AI co-innovation program designed to improve customer-experience responsiveness and create new efficiencies for customers.
Using POWERCONNECT.AI’s advanced platform, the initiative will equip GrandBridge Energy’s customer-service team to respond faster and more effectively to inquiries while automating time-consuming back-office activities that detract from front-line service.

It will also allow customers to simulate how different rate options could impact their energy bills.”
As part of the partnership, BHC Global—parent company to BHC Canada and POWERCONNECT.AI—will integrate the platform with GrandBridge’s existing customer-service and billing systems. This integration will accelerate modernization of GrandBridge’s customer-experience journeys while supporting future upgrades to its broader IT environment.

The multi-phase program will run over three years, with each stage building on the successes of the previous one. When fully implemented, customers will have access to POWERCONNECT.AI’s full suite of support tools—including chat and conversational interfaces—mirroring the seamless digital experiences they expect from other leading service providers.
