Think Power Solutions, a leader in tech-enabled utility infrastructure management solutions, announces the acquisition of Pride Resource Partners, LLC (Pride), a San Diego-based firm specializing in integrated, scalable, value-added solutions for the energy, utility, and transportation sectors. The acquisition includes Pride’s team of 100 employees and marks a significant milestone in Think Power Solutions’ continued expansion into the Western United States, enhancing its nationwide footprint with complementary services. 

Pride Resource Partners has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality program management, project management, and construction management services. Pride’s expertise spans major energy, utility, and transportation projects, enabling clients to achieve operational efficiency and improved infrastructure outcomes. 

Think Power Solutions has been serving electric utility customers across Texas, the Southeast, the Midwest, and beyond for more than a decade. The acquisition does not directly impact Think Power or Pride employees, and no structural, systems, or process changes are planned for Think Power teams at this time. Leadership of the Pride division will continue under Denis Sanford.
