Pepco Holdings, Inc. announced its subsidiary Delmarva Power will receive 38 MW of wind energy and associated renewable energy credits from the recently completed Chestnut Flats wind facility in south central Pennsylvania. The 38-MW land-based wind farm is owned by enXco , an EDF Energies Nouvelles company. Delmarva Power signed a 20-year power purchase agreement in 2008 for land-based wind power as part of its renewable energy portfolio for meeting Delaware's clean energy goals.
