Silverado Power signed new power purchase agreements with Southern California Edison for three solar energy projects in Victorville, Calif.
Each project will generate 2 MW of clean power. The agreements will extend for 20 years.
The development of these projects will contribute toward meeting California's renewable energy mandates. Utilities are required to procure 33 percent of their power from renewable resources by 2020.
