RioNadi and Fall River Electric Cooperative announced the operational deployment of EV charging infrastructure across eastern Idaho using RioNadi’s utility-grade charging software platform.
Through the partnership, chargers in Driggs, Ashton, and Island Park are now back online and operating through RioNadi’s system. The project helped restore charger functionality while giving Fall River Electric Cooperative a more reliable platform to monitor, manage, and support charging operations across multiple sites.
RioNadi’s charging software provides real-time monitoring, payment integration, remote diagnostics, pricing management, and interoperability across charging hardware. The platform is designed for utilities and electric cooperatives that need operational visibility, control, and flexibility as charging infrastructure expands.
“Providing accessible EV charging solutions supports our commitment to serving the evolving needs of our members and communities,” said Clint Washburn, Manager of Member Services at Fall River Electric Cooperative. “RioNadi helped us bring chargers back online and gave us a practical software platform to manage them more effectively going forward.”
RioNadi delivered full operational management of EV charging infrastructure by taking on Fall River Electric Cooperative’s operational burden. RioNadi provides a fully managed solution, including customer support, internet connectivity, hardware vendor coordination, and other services needed to make the process simple and straightforward.
“We are proud to support Fall River Electric Cooperative with utility-grade charging software that helps keep infrastructure operational and manageable over the long term,” said Hong Zhang Durandal, Head of Business Development at RioNadi. “Our goal is to help utilities and cooperatives maintain reliable charging service and build on that foundation over time.”
As utilities and cooperatives continue evaluating EV infrastructure, the ability to restore charger operations, improve network visibility, and maintain flexibility across hardware environments is becoming increasingly important. RioNadi’s work with Fall River Electric Cooperative reflects a practical model for supporting charging reliability in rural and regional communities.
