POWERCONNECT.AI today announced the appointment of two respected Ontario utility leaders to its Advisory Board: Tyler Tracey, Vice President, Customer Experience & Information Technology Services at GrandBridge Energy, and Maged Yackoub, Chief Technology Officer & Vice President of Business Transformation at Oshawa Power.

Both executives bring more than two decades of experience in utility operations, customer experience, technology innovation, and business transformation. Their expertise will help guide POWERCONNECT.AI's product strategy as the company continues to modernize how utilities engage with customers through artificial intelligence.

Tyler Tracey brings over 20 years of electrical utility experience, spanning customer service, billing, credit and collections, communications, and information technology. At GrandBridge Energy, he provides strategic leadership across customer experience and IT services, driving operational efficiency, technological innovation, and sustainability. He holds an MBA specializing in Sustainable Commerce from the University of Guelph.

Maged Yackoub brings more than 20 years of technology leadership and business transformation experience. As CTO and Vice President of Business Transformation at Oshawa Power, he focuses on modernizing utility operations through cybersecurity, IT/OT convergence, enterprise architecture, and resilient infrastructure. His expertise bridges technology strategy and practical business outcomes.
